CYPRESSES IN CHIANTI
THE CYPRESSES OF FATTORIA DIANELLA 1
A landscape symbol of the Tuscan countryside, the Cipressi di Fattoria Dianella 1 are located along the historic “Strada dei cipressi”, between Vinci and Empoli. In the 1970s, Egidio Lunardi, after purchasing the estate, transformed that place into an iconic point: he planted 21 cypress trees and a majestic holm oak, arranged in a circle around the shed. Since then, this viewpoint has become a visual reference for the entire area, recognizable from the nearby Cerreto, Vinci and Vitolini.
