May 24 Vineyard Experience: “From the Row to the Tino” – Discover the Vine Blossom with FISAR Empoli and Fattoria Dianella1

Experience in the vineyard: the May 24th We are waiting for you for the third appointment of the project “From the Filare to the Tino”, created in collaboration with FISAR Empoli hey Lunardi Brothers of the Dianella Farm1. A special occasion to experience aexperience in the vineyard immersive experience in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and delve deeper into the vine cycle, with a special focus on flowering, a fundamental phase for the quality of the future wine.

A wine tourism experience between nature, education and conviviality

After exploring pruning and budding, in this meeting we will focus on flowering of the vine, a delicate and fascinating moment in which the vines fill with small white or yellow flowers. During this crucial phase, the quantity and quality of the final production, making vineyard care essential.

Led by the experts of the Fattoria Dianella1, we will directly visit the vineyard, observing the vegetative development of the vine live. We will learn the fundamental techniques for managing the vineyard in this phase and share the passion for the world of wine.

Program of the day

11.00 am – Arrival at the cellar at Fattoria Dianella1
11.30 am – Walk in the vineyard: observation of the flowering of the vine and technical explanation
12.00 pm – Guided tasting of 2 wines accompanied by a rich aperitif with cold cuts, local cheeses and extra virgin olive oil
