Today, alongside grapes and olives, the company also introduces liquid cereals that give rise to craft beers. The line is composed as follows: the amber squatter, sweet, fruity and spicy, the red abusive, sweet and floral and the blonde abusive, wheat beer, delicate and citrusy.

The Fattoria Dianella 1 farm grows olive varieties such as Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio. These olives are followed and cared for all year round for an optimal harvest. Three fundamental guidelines are followed: instantaneous harvesting and pressing, pressing with innovative techniques and conservation in stainless steel tanks. These processes guarantee a high quality oil with a unique taste.
