Fattoria Dianella 1 highlights the peculiarities of the territory through the line of its red wines which are the maximum expression of the concept of belonging to a specific land, namely Tuscany.
The undisputed protagonist is the Sangiovese vine, represented in multiple forms and structures. The combinations with international blends such as: Merlot, Petit Verdot and Alicante bouchet are interesting.

Trebbiano and Vermentino Toscano are the preferred blends of Fattoria Dianella 1 for the production of their white wines.
The types are different and are distinguished on the basis of the structure, assembly and winemaking techniques.

Rosé wines, sparkling wines and Vin Santo

Fattoria dianella 1 has decided to expand its range of products, thus making it complete and versatile, by introducing two lively wines: Artemide spumante extra dry and Helice sparkling wine rose'. Concluding with the "nectar" of Chianti, namely Vinsanto Dianella 1, a persuasive wine.

The beers

Today, alongside the grapes and olives, cereals in liquid form also enter the company, giving rise to craft beers. The line is composed as follows: the amber abusive, sweet, fruity and spicy, the red, sweet and floral abusive and the blonde, wheat beer, delicate and citrusy.

Oil

The Fattoria Dianella 1 farm cultivates different varieties of olives, including Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio which are looked after and cared for all year round to guarantee an excellent harvest.
To date, three fundamental guidelines are followed and used: instantaneous harvesting and pressing, pressing with innovative techniques, conservation and maintenance in stainless steel tanks.

This will allow the oil to have a better quality and taste.

Bag in box

Fattoria dianella 1, as per tradition, offers its customers bulk wine in 5 or 10 liter white and red bag in boxes. Ready-to-drink table wine also in the “Superior” version.
